New Pipe Increases Productivity
Many miles of pipe have been cast since April of 2008, at the Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. plant in Gulfport, MS. It was only natural that the next product lines to be manufactured by the Precaster were those of reinforced concrete pipe and reinforced concrete arch pipe. As any good civil constructor will tell you, the key to profitability in laying pipe is production and the patented ‘Lifting Eye’ by Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. allows the contractor to lay pipe at a rate from 2:1 to 3:1 over that of conventional methods.

The new pipe has been delivered east to the panhandle of Florida, west to the swamps of southern Louisiana, and north of the capital city in Mississippi. The Power Point Seminar
Equipped with the latest technology and data, the sales team at Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. has made themselves available to contractors, engineers, or any other entity involved in the civil construction field. They are teaching the benefits of increased production and increased safety at no increase in cost to those projects that involve the installation of reinforced concrete pipe, reinforced concrete arch pipe or precast concrete structures. While the information they have provided has been invaluable to attendees, they are doing at no cost to the attendees. The seminar has been well received in all the states in the region serviced by DPI and is available to you as well.
The Travelling Road Show
A computer screen and brochures give you a good 2D view of our product, but when you need a 3D hands-on presentation, opt for the DPI Tour Truck and Product Display. With such busy schedules, this affords the opportunity for people directly in the field to see, to touch, and to feel the quality of the product for themselves. There examples of RCP, RCAP, drainage structures, manholes, and even thrust blocks. When coupled with the Power Point Presentaion, this is an exciting an innovative way to get useful information to the people who need it most.
The Tradeshow Booth
When you are looking for a presentation about concrete pipe and drainage structures, the tradeshow set put on by Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. has you covered. Efficient use of all of the materials and space is imperative for maximum impact and DPI does that from every angle. From advanced multimedia presented in both PC and MAC formats to an explosive static display that features products in their applications, this display informs and entertains. Informative technical sales sheets and technical cut sheets round out the dissemenation of product information.
The Plant Tour and Informational Lunch
For those who just have to get in there and see how Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. really makes it happen, a plant tour is available on a limited number of dates during the month on a first-come basis. This allows you to see first hand the care and pride taken by the craftsmen and production team in many aspects of the operation. After the tour the staff are available to discuss how DPI can benefit you and your project over a working lunch. While DPI is glad to see you and welcomes you to the facility, prior arrangements must be made for plant tours.
