Originally founded in 2004 by Pat Fore, III, Design Precast was established to fill a need for superior precast concrete product on the MS Gulf Coast. 

 

Within the first few years of operating, the demand for Design Precast grew exponentially, and the company became the market leader for precast concrete drainage structures and sewer manholes—thanks to our constant commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. 

 

As the growth of Design Precast continued to grow, Pat and the team saw the need for manufactured reinforced concrete pipe. In April 2008, we pledged to make superior quality pipe immediately available for delivery and more productive than any other concrete pipe produced. From there, Design Precast grew from a local precaster to Design Precast & Pipe, Inc.—a regional manufacturer of precast concrete drainage/sewerage structures, reinforced concrete, and arch pipe.

Since then, Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. has continued to grow exponentially, with plants in Mississippi and Louisiana. With the invention and incorporation of the only patented device for concrete pipe since its inception, the Lifting Eye™, DPPI has changed the concrete pipe industry forever.
